We have just completed another lending deal under Asset Finance to allow a client to purchase heavy plant machinery. A bespoke fund based in Scotland have provided the expert funding to allow our client to expand operations. They also offered a few connections on where to purchase the machinery.
We were involved with preparing the application for the funder including gathering historical performance reports and then projecting these into the future to show the funder what our client could achieve with the machinery. Significant time was spent on product line production and sales projections including customer analysis. Along with our projected cashflows, the funder was satisfied with the opportunity.
Just we signed to close the above, another client approached us for asset finance to expand their storage business. Looks like we'll be staying with Asset Finance for a bit longer.
